Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original hardware and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
